Refund policy
It is very important for us that you clearly know that our products and services cannot be exchanged or returned. There are also no refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make a claim, you have 24 hours from when the tracking indicates that it was delivered. After we have collected from you all the information we need, that includes the receipt or proof of purchase, have the items in the original packaging, among other things, and have evaluated the claim, we will contact you to let you know our decision.
